A space especially curated for you - right down to new mattresses and linens, hyper drawer organization ( if you desire ) and family photos styled throughout your home.
For our turn key clients only, we often personalize vintage furnishings from our inventory - more quickly and cost effectively than sourcing or specifying new. It also means more dollars into goods and less into fuel.
All inclusive square foot pricing includes everything:
`design
`sketches + plans with detailed binders
`budget and contingency management
`management of all trades and every detail
`sourcing/ordering/payment/receiving of all goods
`furnishings/drapery/rugs/art/accessories etc.
`white glove deliveries
`installation
`styling
Projects typically start at $100,000 all inclusive for fees, goods and furnishings ( calculated by square footage + level of attention to detail + level of quality and customization ). Our unique approach delivers the best value to you and is an easy way to determine monies right up front. It took us over ten years to get to this mutual win model.

The Consult Service | EXPERT ADVICE
We typically have one of these available each month.
Are you looking for a cohesive design scheme with proper scaled furniture and want to do all the “leg work” yourself?
With Lisa’s direction, you will do all the preliminary gathering of goods + finish samples. Fair warning - this can be 20-40 hours for one room!
Then Lisa will help edit your initial preferences and fill in the necessary gaps giving you the confidence to pull the trigger on on orders that you will place and manage.
This service includes video meetings
THE TYPICAL PROCESS
`You complete our comprehensive Getting To Know You form, submit a short video of your project, any relevant details, a link to inspiration photos and the submit the specific things you want help with.
`Lisa will review and reach out with a phone call with any initial clarifying questions
`Lisa will provide written feedback and direction for you to gather all samples and specifications
`Together (video or in person meeting options) we will edit down all of your samples and specs giving you confidence to go and places your orders
`Follow up options are available via phone, video or in person to help aid you as you implement
This level of service does NOT include any scaled computer drawings (only simple sketches), management, products or access to trade only suppliers.

Fees for this service start from $3,500+ depending on scope of project and the type + number of touch points with Lisa.
The AMA | ASK ME ANYTHING
Are you making headway on your renovation or design project, yet feel paralyzed on a few points and afraid of making some costly mistakes?
After working on over 500 projects over the last 20+ years, we can offer you expert answers to help you get unstuck and prevent very costly mis steps.
THE PROCESS
`You submit a short video, any relevant details, a link to inspiration photos and up to 5 specific questions you have about one or two spaces.
`You will receive an email report with answers for up to 5 of your questions with one week.
This level of service does NOT include any phone calls, video or in person meetings, drawings, specific paint colours (only general), management, products or access to trade only suppliers.
